3800 sqm Storage Space for Cheese Specialties

Since 1975 we have expanded our cold storage in Hannover-Anderten four times, to now 3800 sqm of storage space. On this space we are constantly holding 1700 articles in stock (1000 for the cheese counter and 700 self-service articles) for our customers.

A high turnover guarantees freshness. In order for our cheese counters to always be best equipped for the weekend business we start packing on Sunday afternoons. Radio-controlled consignment begins at 6.00 a.m. on Mondays and runs permanently until Tuesdays, 5 p.m. and Wednesdays to Fridays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

An ISO certification according to the DIN ISO 9001 standard: 2000, following the IFS standard. This is a matter of course, just like deliveries using the cross docking system, if requested by the customer.
